This mother has a hard job, she won't have eaten for over 100 days straight as she waits for the Hudson Bay to freeze so she can head out on the ice and catch seals. A combination of climate change and El Niño has meant that Hudson Bay will freeze later than normal putting pressure on hungry bears to feed themselves and their offspring.
